Area Shop Manager / Shop Supervisor
Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Shop Manager role is responsible for establishing good relationship and loyalty with customer.
Achieving Sales Targets and Store Management such as stock management, POS etc. Coach staff in customer service quality and product knowledge.
To handle customer complaints and queries. Executing the marketing promotion and company guideline / policy in reflecting the company image and representing the company to its customer.
Be responsible for increasing customer base.
Senior / Sales Associate
Key Requirements:
Experience in luxury products retailing preferred
Proven sales ability to maintain or exceed store target
To ensure creative merchandising of store collection and provide professional customer service
To ensure daily stock count is performed accurate
To ensure store is clean and tidy in all aspects
Good communication and interpersonal skills, pleasant, responsible, team player and self motivated
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Fresh university graduates are welcomed
Immediately available preferred.
